The Rocks Are Smiling won an award for Wen Redmond at the MQX Quilt Festival in Manchester, NH this week. Her fabulous, abstracted photograph on fiber is an innovative construction and one of the precursers for her mini “puzzle quilts,” recently published in Quilting Arts Magazine.
