Blue Sky Reflections is # 6 in the series, Attributes of Form. It was informed primarily by one day on the Rose Kennedy Greenway with all the sunny day reflections of the very blue sky on all of the buildings.

You have definitely captured the lines of city buildings and the shimmering sunlight. What surprised me is the solid deep blue with a single line of small white windows. It takes a busy piece and gives the eyes a place to rest – a little shade from the noise and glare.

Thank you! Your feedback is always good for me to hear! I punched up the contrast and sharpness for the blog viewing. When I gave a talk last week, some people told me that they really couldn’t see much detail such as stitching, and I thought it may be a good idea to make sure it’s more visible but I noticed that it also tends to bump up the busy level as well. In the real world it’s somewhat softer.
