I savor chunks of time, attention and interaction that takes place during the monthly meetings of the fiber art critique group that I belong to and that belongs to me – to each of us. The threads of thoughts, ideas and shared moments stay with me as I work and as I rest, informing my choices as I go along, enriching my journey even as I stand by myself at work. It couldn’t be a more caring, creative group of wonderful artists, each as different in our unique art paths as we are cut from the same substantial spirit cloth. We call ourselves Joined By Stitch and have been exhibiting as a group for a couple of years now.
